What are the prices?

How do I pay?

Cash, check or credit card are accepted.

How many times per week should I train with a personal trainer?

That is a great question! The frequency of training sessions with a personal trainer can vary depending on individual goals, fitness level, availability, and budget. However, a general recommendation is to aim for at least two to three sessions per week. This frequency allows for consistent progress, allows the trainer to closely monitor your form and progress, and provides a structured routine to keep you accountable.

How many people are in a class?

There are 10-12 people in each class.

What is your late, cancel, or no-show policy?

Personal Training: Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any type of appointment. For appointments canceled and/or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, there will be a $30 fee cancellation fee. If you fail to show up for our scheduled appointment time you will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged a $30 no-show fee. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

Group Class: Please allow at least 2 hours notice for cancellation of your spot in a group class, so that someone else can experience the great workout that you’ll be missing. If you fail to cancel your reservation within the 2 hour window or do not make it to class, we will charge a $10.00 “no-show/late-cancellation fee” (This applies to those with unlimited classes). For Drop-in/Pay-per-session/Packages (not unlimited) no-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will result in a forfeit of the reserved class.

Do you have showers?

We do not have showers. There is a bathroom available to freshen up and change before or after class, stocked with some basic necessities.
